The Bachon Town Homes project is a 120-unit town home rental community located in the bustling community of Wylie, Collin County, Texas. This $13 million development is in the growth path of Dallas PMSA and will enjoy sustaining occupancy level for a long time. This project was financed through a $11.4 million equity syndication proceeds from Wachovia Securities and a $9.86 million construction loan (with a permanent loan take-out) from Chase/JP Morgan utilizing a Freddie Mac program. Completed in December 2003, both projects are projected to stabilize in occupancy by end of May 2004.
